科技創(chuàng)新，無遠(yuǎn)弗屆。當(dāng)眾多前沿技術(shù)涌入公路行業(yè)，一場(chǎng)發(fā)生在中國(guó)這個(gè)全球最大高速公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的智慧變革正加速演進(jìn)。招商公路全力推進(jìn)路網(wǎng)建設(shè)的數(shù)字化、智慧化轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，與生態(tài)合作伙伴共創(chuàng)美好未來。

本次會(huì)議將進(jìn)行兩項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)略合作簽約和兩個(gè)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品發(fā)布。首先，舉行全天候通行保障聯(lián)合創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室戰(zhàn)略合作簽約儀式。該實(shí)驗(yàn)室由招商局公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技控股股份有限公司、中國(guó)氣象局公共氣象服務(wù)中心、公安部道路交通安全研究中心、交通運(yùn)輸部路網(wǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)與應(yīng)急處置中心、中國(guó)交通通信信息中心、江蘇省氣象局共同組建，旨在推進(jìn)建立公路惡劣天氣安全通行多方協(xié)同機(jī)制、管控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，研究攻克相關(guān)技術(shù)難點(diǎn)，形成系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，切實(shí)提升路網(wǎng)全天候通行保障能力，滿足人民對(duì)美好出行的需要，并帶動(dòng)智能交通、車路協(xié)同等數(shù)字科技與應(yīng)急裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。

接下來舉行招商新智與香港應(yīng)用科學(xué)研究院戰(zhàn)略合作-暨大灣區(qū)互聯(lián)互通智慧交通聯(lián)合創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室合作備忘錄簽約儀式。雙方將基于各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)，共同參與深港交通互聯(lián)互通、大灣區(qū)交通一體化等推進(jìn)工作，圍繞車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)城市、智慧公路、智能交通等領(lǐng)域，重點(diǎn)在國(guó)際先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、政策機(jī)制研究、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)研發(fā)、示范工程打造、產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用推廣等方面展開深度合作，為交通強(qiáng)國(guó)、粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展等國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略貢獻(xiàn)力量。

成果發(fā)布會(huì)環(huán)節(jié)，首先發(fā)布智慧收費(fèi)站全棧式解決方案“招商E站“，從易建易管、益車益路的建設(shè)理念出發(fā)，以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)為抓手、云計(jì)算為底座、人工智能為手段，構(gòu)建站級(jí)綜合“智慧體”，實(shí)現(xiàn)收費(fèi)站的收費(fèi)少人化、通行快捷化、建設(shè)實(shí)效化和管理智慧化。

接下來，發(fā)布準(zhǔn)全天候通行全場(chǎng)景解決方案“招商E行“，充分利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、車路協(xié)同等先進(jìn)技術(shù)，通過建設(shè)覆蓋警、路、企多方需求的全天候通行保障系統(tǒng)，打通高速交警、氣象、高速管理單位三方數(shù)據(jù)和協(xié)同機(jī)制，形成惡劣天氣通行管控規(guī)范，實(shí)現(xiàn)一路多方協(xié)同聯(lián)動(dòng)，在保障出行安全的基礎(chǔ)上，最大限度減少道路封閉時(shí)間，最大程度助力公眾便捷出行。

Scientific and technological innovation is not unattainable. When many cutting-edge technologies flood into the highway industry, an intelligent transform that takes place in China, a country boasting the world"s largest highway network, is accelerating. China Merchants Expressway is fully promoting the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of road network construction to create a better future with ecosystem partners.

In this conference, two strategic cooperation contracts will be signed, and two innovative products will be launched. First of all, the signing ceremony of the Joint Innovation Lab for All-weather Traffic Guarantee will be held. The lab is jointly established by China Merchants Expressway Network Technology Holdings Co., Ltd., China Meteorological Administration Public Meteorological Service Centre, Road Traffic Safety Research Center of the Ministry of Public Security, Highway Monitoring and Emergency Response Center of the Ministry of Transport, China Transport Telecommunications & Information Center and Jiangsu Meteorological Bureau. It aims to promote the establishment of multi-party cooperative mechanism and control standards for road safety in bad weather, study and overcome related technical bottlenecks, form a series of standards, effectively improve the ability of road network in supporting all-weather traffic, meet people"s needs for better travel, and drive the development of digital technology and emergency equipment industry such as intelligent transportation and vehicle-road coordination.

Next is the strategic cooperation program between China Merchants New Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute and the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Cooperation on Greater Bay Area Interconnection and Smart Transportation Joint Innovation Lab. Based on their respective advantages, the two parties will make joint efforts in promoting Shenzhen-Hong Kong traffic interconnection and Greater Bay Area traffic integration, and carry out in-depth cooperation on international advanced experience, policy mechanism research, product technology research and development, demonstration project construction, industry-based application promotion and other aspects around the fields of vehicle networking, intelligent networked cities, smart highways and intelligent transportation, so as to contribute to the national strategy of building a transportation power and the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In the achievements launch session, the full-stack solution for smart toll station "China Merchants E-Station" will first be released. Starting from the concept of convenient construction and management to benefit the traffic, with the Internet of Things as the starting point, cloud computing as the base, and artificial intelligence as the means, a comprehensive "smart entity" at the station level will be built to downsize the staff in the toll station and to realize faster pass, more effective construction and more intelligent management.

Next, the all-scene solutions for quasi-all-weather traffic "China Merchants E-Traffic" will be released. By making full use of advanced technologies such as Internet of Things, big data and vehicle-road coordination, an all-weather traffic supporting system covering the needs of police, roads and enterprises is built. This solution connects the tripartite data and builds a coordination mechanism among highway traffic police, meteorological agencies and highway management organizations, forms a traffic control standard in bad weather, and realizes the coordination of multi-parties. It minimizes the road closure time on the basis of travel safety, and helps the public to travel conveniently to the greatest extent.
